Wellness Events at our Bath store

Yoga Flow with Robyn

Feb 20th, 12.15pm - 1pm

Feb 24th, 12.15pm - 1pm

Feb 27th, 12.15pm - 1pm

We know yoga is a great for our physical health but it is also a great for our mental health and general wellbeing. It helps reduce stress, anxiety and invites a general sense of calm into your life.

Classes are designed to help build strength and flexibility through a flowing sequence of movements. As well as improved general well-being using breathing and meditation techniques. 

Walk and Talk

Feb 20th, 11am

We’re starting our regular ‘meet up’ sessions for everyone to come together, and join us for a walk around the open spaces near the store. Time for a chat, to meet and make new friends and have a coffee on us afterwards and perhaps even a biscuit. It’s free, we’d love to see you, bring your friends and your dog.
